THE BASIC RESIDENTIAL CLEAN

Throughout your entire home

• Dust inside of reachable window sills
• Dust woodwork such as shelves, baseboards, doors, light fixtures and ceiling fans
• Wipe light switch plates for finger smudges
• Wet Clean furniture surfaces (horizontal , front and accessible sides)
• Dry dust throughout. No items moved or wet dust unless custom requested.
• Unmade beds will be made, if noted we will change linens but must provide clean linens (dirty linens to be thrown in laundry hamper or set location by client)
• Remove cobwebs both high and low
• Clean light switch plates for finger smudges
• Dust all mirrors each visit and spot checking
• Vacuum all carpets and rugs
• Vacuum, sweep and mop all hard floors accordingly
• Empty wastebaskets and remove trash. FDC will provide trash bags

Bathrooms

• Clean and disinfect sinks and vanities
• Disinfect toilet inside and out
• Disinfect tubs and showers
• Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures
• Track lighting will be dusted
• Change towels if provided

Kitchen

• Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops
• Clean range top
• Disinfect microwave inside and out
• Polish exposed sides of appliances and counter décor
• Spot wash cabinets if needed

Please Take Note of the Following:

• Dishes washed is an extra cost. If you have a dishwasher we can load your dirty dishes into your dishwasher to the best of our ability. This needs to be noted to FDC when booking clean.
• We do not pick up waste, blood or feces (animal or human)
• We are not permitted to open glass doors (example: china cabinets, curio, entertainment center, etc.) unless stated as a requested extra part of a clean.
• For insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than 2 steps on a step ladder
• Flat Screen Televisions will NOT be touched

Move In/Move Out Cleans

Moving Day is crazy enough without the added stress of making sure your home is tip top cleaned for its next owner.

Moving In Day is just as crazy with so much to coordinate, cleaning is the last activity you want to personally do, but a clean new home is what you want to walk into.

Our Move In/Out Cleans start with our Basic Residential Clean and then you build them from there. Multiple choices for multiple tastes, everyone is different.

Sometimes we need a little bit here and a little bit there cleaned but not necessarily a whole clean.
