FDC is confident in our cleaning professionals and all of our support staff. Not satisfied with your service? Contact us within 24hrs of your clean and we will arrange to have staff come back to fix the areas of concern free of charge.
We have no service agreements allowing our clients to cancel services should they need to at any time. We also will shift cleans as much as our availability allows us to.
Fine Details Cleaning staff are the first to admit we make mistakes. When this happens we will work to immediately correct our mistakes (including covering any financial costs) as well as detailed records are kept so we can learn as a team and continuously improve.
FDC has no hidden fees all estimates are not based on what is cleaned, simply on time. There is a mileage charge for our out of town cleans. This fee is in addition to the cleaning cost, is laid out up front with each client and different depending on the area.

We encourage our clients to adjust their services as they need! If you find you don’t need your next schedule appointment you may postpone or even cancel it! FDC asks only for 12hrs notice to give to our staff so they can adjust their schedule. If you are ill , we will see you when you are better without worry.
